承诺人知晓:活动具有自助、互助和共益的性质，志愿者自愿无偿提供力所能及的帮助，但
不承担承诺人的安全保障义务。
承诺人充分理解并尊重此项共识，就相关事项郑重承诺如下:
1、承诺人遵纪守法，不进行危害国家安全、公共安全，妨害社会管理秩序等违法活动。承 诺人抵制邪教，远离极端主义和迷信。
2、遵守当地法律，尊重当地文化礼仪、风俗习惯，遵守活动要求及建议，活动期间不外出 游玩，不涉足黄、毒、赌，不吸食大麻，不下海，不随地吐痰。因自己的违法及不当言行造 成的后果由自己承担。
3、关注自身及财产安全，做好安全防范，承担自己的安全注意义务。
4、承诺人了解自己的身体状况，认为适合参加此次活动，能够完成活动全部行程。
5、承诺人由于身体不适或其他原因导致不能继续完成活动，有就医、需要协助提前返回等 情况发生，承诺人愿意随顺安排并承担自己的费用。
承诺人确认:本承诺书载明的共识及承诺，是承诺人的真实意思表示，不以任何理由撤销。

The Promisor is a person with full civil capacity and can independently implement civil legal acts.
The Promisor voluntarily participates in the 15th Thailand Four Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation Retreat (hereinafter referred to as the activity). The activity starts on October 23, 2025 and ends on October 29, 2025. Activity venue: Sani Hotel Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand / The Zign Hotel Pattaya
The Promisor is aware that: the activity has the nature of self-help, mutual assistance and common benefit. Volunteers voluntarily provide assistance within their capacity free of charge, but do not assume the obligation to guarantee the Promisor’s safety.
The Promisor fully understands and respects this consensus and solemnly promises the following regarding related matters:
1. The Promisor abides by discipline and law, and does not engage in illegal activities that endanger national security, public safety, or obstruct social management order. The Promisor resists cults and stays away from extremism and superstition.
2. Abide by local laws, respect local cultural etiquette and customs, comply with activity requirements and suggestions. During the activity, do not go out for sightseeing, do not engage in prostitution, drugs, or gambling, do not consume marijuana, do not go into the sea, and do not spit anywhere. The consequences caused by one’s own illegal and improper words and actions shall be borne by oneself.
3. Pay attention to personal and property safety, take good safety precautions, and assume one’s own safety attention obligations.
4. The Promisor understands his/her own physical condition, believes it is suitable to participate in this activity, and is able to complete the entire itinerary of the activity.
5. If the Promisor cannot continue to complete the activity due to physical discomfort or other reasons, and situations such as seeking medical treatment or needing assistance for early return occur, the Promisor is willing to follow arrangements and bear his/her own expenses.
The Promisor confirms: The consensus and commitments stated in this commitment letter are the Promisor’s true expression of intention and will not be revoked for any reason.

ผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญาทราบว่า: กิจกรรมมีลักษณะของการช่วยเหลือตนเอง ช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน และ ประโยชน์ร่วมกัน อาสาสมัครให้ความช่วยเหลือภายในความสามารถโดยสมัครใจและไม่มีค่า ตอบแทน แต่ไม่รับภาระหน้าที่ในการรับประกันความปลอดภัยของผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญา
ผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญาเข้าใจและเคารพฉันทามตินี้อย่างเต็มที่ และให้คำมั่นสัญญาอย่างจริงจังเกี่ยวกับ เรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องดังต่อไปนี้:
1. ผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญาปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยและกฎหมาย ไม่ทำกิจกรรมผิดกฎหมายที่เป็น อันตรายต่อความมั่นคงของชาติ ความปลอดภัยสาธารณะ หรือขัดขวางระเบียบการจัดการ สังคม ผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญาต่อต้านลัทธิและอยู่ห่างจากลัทธิสุดโต่งและไสยศาสตร์
2. ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายท้องถิ่น เคารพมารยาทและประเพณีวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ปฏิบัติตามข้อ กำหนดและข้อเสนอแนะของกิจกรรม ระหว่างกิจกรรมไม่ออกไปเที่ยวชม ไม่เข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องกับ การค้าประเวณี ยาเสพติด หรือการพนัน ไม่สูบกัญชา ไม่ลงทะเล และไม่ถ่มน้ำลายทุกที่ ผลที่ ตามมาจากการกระทำและคำพูดที่ผิดกฎหมายและไม่เหมาะสมของตนเองจะรับผิดชอบด้วย ตนเอง
3. ใส่ใจความปลอดภัยของตัวเองและทรัพย์สิน ทำการป้องกันความปลอดภัยให้ดี และรับภาระ หน้าที่ในการระมัดระวังความปลอดภัยของตนเอง
4. ผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญาเข้าใจสภาพร่างกายของตนเอง เชื่อว่าเหมาะสมที่จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ และ สามารถทำกิจกรรมทั้งหมดให้เสร็จสิ้น
5. หากผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญาไม่สามารถทำกิจกรรมต่อไปได้เนื่องจากความไม่สบายทางร่างกายหรือ เหตุผลอื่นๆ และเกิดสถานการณ์เช่น การรักษาพยาบาล หรือต้องการความช่วยเหลือในการก ลับก่อนกำหนด ผู้ให้คำมั่นสัญญายินดีที่จะปฏิบัติตามการจัดการและรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายของ ตนเอง
